Johnny comes in with a prescription for Vicodin (a powerful pain reliever).  As you look at the prescription (it's on paper) you think it’s probably a fake or forged prescription.  What do you do and why do you do it?

I'd ask Johnny more information regarding the prescription and his condition, from there I'd better understand his concerns and possibly the means of how he has Vicodin. By asking important questions about why he has it and what it's specifically for, I can see whether or not Johnny really is prescribed the medication. If Johnny is resistant, defensive, or shows lack of knowledge about the medication, than those would be the first red flags on whether or not Johnny is being honest.
