They smile so bright, but eyes are cold, Words are sweet, but hearts are sold. They whisper lies, they twist the truth, Wearing masks since their youth. In the crowd, they stand so near, But when you fall, they disappear. Promises made, then quickly broken, Trust is a thing they’ve never spoken. They'll lift you up with empty praise, Then turn away in darker days. Like shadows, fleeting in the light, They vanish when you need them right. But don’t be fooled by their disguise, The truth is written in their eyes. Fake friends may come, but they won’t stay— True hearts will find their way.

This is good. I really like how you word things. Fake friends come and go but you'll know for sure if they are real. Goodjob on this.
