A good habit becomes enticing when associated with positive feelings. The more compelling, motivating, or enticing it is, the better off you are

So smart

A good habit is mainly being so attached to it, you know it's a good thing for it to be a part of your schedule. It's an emotional attachment, and something that you know you can't let go of. More like being obessed with it in a way, y'know?

Making a habit attractive or irresistible means finding ways to make it something you want to do, not just something you have to do. It's like convincing yourself to look forward to it instead of dreading it. The idea is to connect the habit to things you already enjoy or value so it feels less like a chore and more like a treat.

The key lies in making desired habits irresistible by linking them to pleasurable activities. Desire or craving, according to Clear, is linked to dopamine, a neurotransmitter that plays a fundamental role in habit formation. Habits are dopamine-driven feedback loops.
