Honestly, listen to calm sleeping music, or you could close your eyes and create scenarios in your head/mind. That's what helps me sleep,lol.

Well, if you wanna fall asleep faster my ideas would be sleep teas, melatonin or sleeping mask. But if you want a more calmer state of mind to help you sleep get some scents in your room. Like lavender. Lavender calms people down most of the time. And you could also play some soft music. Like orchestra. That's my advice to you. Have a good day/night. :)
