Strawberriesrgud7:

Is Nightmare Before Christmas a Christmas movie or a Halloween movie? Explain why.

Dragonfruitlemonade9:

both because they show each holiday

euphoriiic:

i think its more of a halloween movie. most of the characters are halloween based and a lot of the movie revolves around halloween over christmas. but ig it could be a christmas movie if you wanted it to be.

somnium:

it's both really, but I'd call it more of a Christmas movie

cora1:

its both but i think its more Halloween

Autumnx:

It is both A Christmas movie and a Halloween movie. It show us a world of Halloween where all the residents are things we either fear or love about Halloween, while it then sends jack into the world of Christmas to see how things work and he sees how different it is and he realizes he loves Christmas and tries to take it only to realize that he cannot mix fear and Christmas together and that while he enjoys Christmas and the feeling it brings he belongs to Halloween.

Wow, that explanation was so detailed. But, honestly, I have to agree with you on this one.
