how do i deal with the stress of all the activities I do after school. (pls don't report as spam)

listen to music, talk to ppl, sleep

talk to people (talking to someone can feel like a hugeee weight lifted off) maybe take breaks. its normal to take some because it really helps to pause and think about everything you're involved in. and ofc maintain a healthy lifestyle, getting enough sleep, staying focused throughout the day. and try to stick to a regular sleep schedule.

Try touching people for a living, stare at kids. And random people, should help with the stress :)

How I deal with stress is just taking naps and getting enough sleep and focusing on myself in my spare time! it helps to stay hydrated when you're stressed to keep your body from shutting down, and make sure you keep eating and open up to those who are willing to listen

There are a few things that i could suggest based on personal experiences as a highschool student myself. Might I suggest talking to friends or family, as simply communicating it could help. Or like others have mentioned, music or any calming activities such as yoga, personal care, naps, etc. or perhaps a walk in the park or just a few laps around your house even could help. these are some of many that I can possibly think of, so I'm sorry if I didn't really help. Stay safe, I hope you feel better, and God Bless <3
