It's natural to feel sad over someone breaking up with you, in my opinion. Especially since you're saying it's not your fault, for you you're probably experience a mix of sadness and confusion (which is 100% normal). I wouldn't recommend bottling those emotions up, since it could make it worse in the long run. I also do hope you feel better soon 🫂
