what he said, cuz when I have a snack before studying and have music during studying it helps , it just distracts me a bit

Jasonisyours:

The most effective study methods: 1. **Active Recall** - Test yourself regularly instead of just rereading. 2. **Spaced Repetition** - Review material at increasing intervals over time. 3. **Pomodoro Technique** - Study in focused chunks (e.g., 25 minutes) with short breaks. 4. **Teach the Material** - Explain concepts to someone else to deepen your understanding. 5. **Mind Mapping** - Create visual diagrams to connect ideas and see relationships. 6. **Interleaving** - Mix topics or problems to improve flexibility in applying knowledge. 7. **Active Note-Taking** - Summarize key points and review your notes regularly.

PureSoulless:

Set a timer (usually an hour), and study. It's really simple but effective, can't really explain in details so just try ig.
