Talk to your friends or family it can help a lot to share how you’re feeling. Remember the good times you had with him, and hold on to those memories. Take care of yourself, even if it’s hard right now. Try to eat, sleep, and do things you usually enjoy, even if it feels pointless. And if it gets too heavy, don’t hesitate to talk to a counselor.
