Jesus928:

For you... (A) Time can be a friend, steady and kind, or a thief that steals what you hoped to find. It gives you moments, chances to try, but if you wait too long, they pass you by. I wanted to tell you, to speak my heart, but fear held me back, kept us apart. I thought there’d be more—another day— but time doesn’t wait; it slips away. Now I sit here, watching the clock, every tick asked, “Why didn’t I try?” Your smile is a memory, your laughter a trace, and I’m left alone in this empty space. There’s no pain like the one of regret, no words are sharper than those never said. If I could go back, if I had one more chance, I’d trade my fear for a single glance. Because time isn’t cruel—it just moves on, but the silence I kept feels so wrong. So now I know, with every tear I’ve shed: it’s better to speak than live with regret.
