im still on ma break but i have a question. ok so I'm not active in the winter and I'm kinda depressed so I don't get out in the winter, I walked to the library (40 min walk) and back now my legs r in so much pain there shaking even when I lay down. my legs and back always hurt but now they hurt x2 shaking level. pls tell me wats wrong if yk.
