I'm having a migrane attack right now. Anything that could help me stop it?

Yes, take either Benadryl, aspirin, or Ibuprofen. Or just lay down and rest. If that doesn't work try to stay away from bright lights

Get some rest, take medication, mediate, and use a cold compress (a warm compress also might help).

Simply distracting yourself on something else also could ease the migraine.
