Mixture of hypertrophy and strength based lifting alongside Zone 2 and VO2max cardio (high intensity).
So heavy bench presses and deadlifts, alongside various accessory lifts such as lat pulldown and preacher curls.
For VO2max, favorite is the rowing machine then bike. For Zone 2 I just walk.
High recommend this kind of combo if you're seeking longevity and general health.

I'm really used to it at this point so it doesn't seem like that. But I think it's because I didn't *start* by doing it all at once.
My advice is to just start somewhere, whether it be lifting, daily walks, or intense cardio sessions (or w/e exercise you want to do). Then over time you make it a good stable habit, in which you can then try adding another to your schedule.
