Hi, i have a problem. I am 5'11 at 16 y/o but i only weigh exactly 120. I have a really high metabolism. What do i need to do to gain weight?

Maybe eat a lot of junk food for a week? then after the week eat some junk food but also some healthy stuff or sum, then repeat?

Depends if you want fat or muscle. Fat is obviously easier to get, just eat more. You can try eating more calorie dense foods or even carbs, as the latter doesn't 'fill' you up as much and thus is easier to binge calories on. If you're trying to build more muscle, then the general principle is push a muscle near or to failure over a series of sets. This communicates to your muscle 'you need to be bigger.' Then eat enough protein and calories, rest up, and it will grow.

I have the same problem, I'm 5'0, i'm 13 and I weigh less than 100 lbs. No matter how much I eat it doesn't help sadly.
