Whats your workout routine? Sets? go to gym? yes which?

for upper body and arms i think it should like take u 30 minutes of exercise

for abs do like any 10 min workout vid make sure its not to hard or easy for arms do like 2 sets of pushups until failure or 3, OR you can do like a hundred pushup vid by then for back do like 2xsets of pull-ups till failure if u can already do pull-ups

for legs just do some cardio and like 10 min vid leg workout by thenx

i go to the gym.. i excersise, and sauna together for like 3-4 hours almost everyday
