There are greater issue in this world for you to care about, people expressing their emotions by complaining is certainly not a problem.

Death is a part of life, do you complain when people grieve over losing their loved ones? I would assume not.

I'm not arguing that people don't come and go. They do.

What I'm arguing is that you are either ignorant or have a lack of empathy towards others expressing their pain and struggles. A break up is not easy, and your response shows you haven't experienced it.

The phrase ignorance is bliss means that those who do not know about a problem, should not concern themselves with it.

Let people express their emotions, it's not a bad thing. Breakups are challenging, being upset does not indicate they need to "grow up"
