here's something I wrote called Fighting my mind again Another night another fight with my mind It just keeps running on and on Oh how can I make it stop Laying in my bed all alone with my thoughts Wondering why I can't turn my mind off overthinking everything oh my God Can I already turn my mind off overthinking everything I've ever said and done Now it's morning another day dealing with my anxiety Zoning out in class overthinking everything Here we go again my anxiety is going through the roof Keeping everything in my mind I can't let it out im in public right now I can't wait to go home I don't want to deal with this anymore But it seems im not in control anymore
