i like the details of the facial features and the shading of the hair, and the intricate tattoo in the arm. and for the hat and outfit i think that adds a lot of personality to the character. the only thing maybe that can make it even better is if you refine some of the linework and maybe add a bit more depth with the shading. but i mean overall i really like it like your very talented so i gotta give it a 8.5/10 like it's pretty solid drawing. ^^
