how do I create a better sleeping schedule? I'm actually not going to sleep on time anymore -_-

you can train your body to go to sleep early or do things throughout the day that you know will make you tired. for me, my body doesn't let me go to sleep early, it only lets me go to sleep around 12 or 1 in the morning. I used to go to sleep later than that but I did things during the day that would tire me but yeah. jus try making your mind blank and closing your eyes and sleeping. that's all that can really b done.
