This is whats called a Sub feature! That sub feature in particular is called a designation. If you would like to Subscribe to QC, click the 3 lines on the top left corner of your screen, and with everything else, there should be a "Subscribe" section. This is where you can see all the features you can have with QC pay a monthly $5 fee to QC if you would like all the other extra features this site offers.
