-Invisible Weight- A backpack full of stones I bear, Invisible weight that's always there. Each glance, each thought, a heavy chain, In a crowd of faces, I feel the strain. Breath catches in a tightening grip, Moments rise and moments slip. A trembling hand, a racing mind, In search of relief, peace, and kind. The clock ticks loud in silent halls, As echoes of doubt fill the walls. I wish for courage, for calm to touch, To feel the world, just a little much. But every storm must pass, I know, With every wave, I learn to flow. And though the path may twist and bend, I’ll find my way to my anxiety's end. For the people that's grappling with anxiety . I want to let you know that YOU are NOT alone! You WILL get through it. Trust in your strength, reach out for help when you need it, and take things one day at a time. The community is here to support you and I am to!
