Ok so im kinda a book geek lol. I really liked the baby sitter club series for a fun teen babysitting vibe, Hatchet is the most amazing books out there for adventure, one of my personal favorites, i recommend Hatchet the most. Some other books i Liked was "checked" for sports, that one was hockey, it was very nice to read. There are so many other options dang, Big nate is very fun for comic. My favorite of them all tho is Hatchet, i think thats the one you should do, it is well put together and is perfect
