focus on calming your body and mind by practicing deep breathing, grounding techniques, and reminding yourself that the attack is temporary and won't cause harm. or try the 5-4-3-2-1 method. 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.

I have a method called the four box method. You breathe in for four seconds, hold it for four seconds, and exhale for four seconds and hold it again for four seconds and repeat. or either splash ur face with cold water. hope that helps.
