Poem I wrote
-Tattoo
I look for you on an empty street
Waiting in anticipation, for only a glimpse
Of your soft brown eyes in which twinkled
Like all of the stars in the sky
Your nose which appeared to be sculpted
By Michelangelo himself
And your lips which spoke your comforting words
That would hold me like a blanket on a cold night

Everytime we were together I could feel your energy
Your strong love
And when we were apart I felt your soul imprinted
On my heart
You moved me to a place I never believed
That I could be
Somewhere in heaven floating like a swan
With its one true love

The only version of myself that I loved is the one
That I became when I was with you

You were and will forevermore be a tattoo inside my head
