Is it bad to drink too much water everyday? Whats a good decent amount of water?
9-13 cups of water/day is generally the reccomended amount. Too much water consumption can lead to overhydration, which can result in headaches, cramps, nausea, etc. Basically all the bad stuff.
I would say it also depends on if you're doing any exercise. But yeah between 9-13 cups of water a day
I genuinely don't know, I have the opposite problem... I never drink enough and I'm constantly dehydrated....
Well yeah, that happens if you dont drink enough water
im just always distracted and its never on my mind. also, I'm the type to drink a bunch at once instead of little bits at a time.
its my ADHD
Try to bring a water bottle to school so then you look at it and remember to drink water. It helps a lot
I do, but I don't drink throughout the day, sometimes I drink a little in the morning and I usually drink most of my days water during track practice...
Yeah, I'm just saying that bringing a water bottle with you will help you remember to drink water when you look at it. Also, drinking water helps if you're hungry because it makes you full. But if your in sports make sure you don't drink too much because you'll get a water barrel, or you could throwup.
well yeh, its not like I'm drinking a whole bottle... I don't wanna cramp. anyway thanks T!
No problem Knoxxy boi!!!!!!!!!!! lol
