I want to start a thing | Not eating for a week | - only water What are the Pros and Cons?

I'm not fasting, that's different I'm not exactly trying to "lose" weight.. I weigh 103.6 LBS and am 14 years old I just want to lose alot of my belly fat for my ABS to pop out

I'm not fasting, that's different I'm not exactly trying to "lose" weight.. I weigh 103.6 LBS and am 14 years old I just want to lose alot of my belly fat for my ABS to pop out
so not eating is not what you wanna do, what you wanna do is go on a non-carb diet/heavy acid diet + multiple core workouts and cardio, not eating completely to "lose belly fat" will just make u sick or ruin your body

carbs is the first fat of your body the burns away, so removing carbs its starts eating at body and excess fat

I typed a reply n it didn't show smh protein is more for bulking while tryna gain muscle, you wanna cut, I recommend trying CrossFit, or caltystics, while on the non-carb diet, but make sure you DO eat some protein, and don't completely cutting it out..so beef, pork, salmon and chicken

it depends on what you eat with the protein.. if ur talking like protein powder n shakes you'll gain muscle and weight, but if u cut the carbs but eat the protein meats i stated above you'll lose the weight make sure you ARE drinking plenty of water if ur tryna cut tho, your body will need it

don't eat like an excessive amount tho, TO much protein can be a bad thing

You eat ur own wieghts protien so for me 103g of protien

Building off of what korbie said. You can theoretically go 30 days without food, it’s called a water fast and ALOT of people do it to deal with traumas or to get their systems to re regulate. I feel like 10 days still will pose health risks tho so make sure your eating at least one thing a day. And for protein it’s actually 2g per 1lb but within a budget it’s easier to do 1.5g

IM CONFUSED :sob: can i do it or not? at LEAST eat once a day

if u want abs as you said before, go on a keto diet, u can look that up, that is the best way to lose the weight and still stay healthy

103 is already pretty low in body weight that’s why i said eat once a day. I’m thinking more of a snack tho like a couple slices of bread or a fruit
