If a need a full CERER (claim evidence reasoning evidence reasoning) and the teacher expects a paragraph for each letter but I only have 2 sentences what can I do to fluff it up?( Its literally just about the Ms. St Lewis and how Jews and Nazis got along btw)

You can go in depth about both history’s with each group, state a couple of facts about each group, events that lead to agreement, places, time, and settings in which certain events took place.
