Rosa2011:

How can people deal with self-hatred, for example, stop hating themselves?

Dayvonnn:

Think about that question again n lmk wachu think.

mintyy:

maybe conact a therapist and get some meeting scheduled

jamesruth:

it depends on the person, and what the hatred is originally about. For example, If I make mistakes, they eat at me for a long time, which can slowly, or quickly, turn into self hate. But what I like to do is hang out with friends and family, it makes me forget the mistakes, and live in the moment. I know this will most likely not help everyone, but I hope it helps.

It won't help me, cuz ppl, friends, and family make me hate myself

jamesruth:

I would also recommend doing something you like to do, like art, or read, watch T.V. Doing things like that can calm a person down, than I would recommend taking apart that self hate and really questioning why you hate yourself.

xMoonlightblossomx:

remember that ur always that B <3

sxdsouls:

you can’t automatically stop hating yourself but learning to love yourself slowly every single day, it might be hard or you’d be like how? I don’t know the answer life just shows you and it comes along the way, that’s just your teenage hormones developing as well, your emotions change you won’t always feel like a burden, remember to love yourself before loving anyone else first.

happyday09:

learn how to do something new, I like to learn how to solve different kinds of rubix cubes, just try and do something to get you're mind off of or. hope this helps

SsTDOGRednek:

Try working out. You might get sore but you'll end up feeling good about yourself. You will feel so much better. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.

KnoxxyBoy:

If other people like/ respect you, understand that is all in your head and that you are worth respecting.

I agree with this maybe take up time with new hobbies you have a passion for

gelphielvr:

depends on where the self-hatred stems from . in almost every case i'd recommend therapy to help

SaltySuga:

Therapy

ptttttt:

u dont

Twaylor:

Uh block out all emotions like me, all visible at least..

SsTDOGRednek:

How about, no... not that...

xXAikoXx:

To stop hating yourself, begin by stopping others tell you how you should live. When you let yourself be controlled by people, it makes you believe you’re not enough for anyone, anything, or even yourself.

xXAikoXx:

Self love… and confidence… are important factors lol
