if your email is linked to the account you should be able to click the "forgot password" button when logging onto the account. If that doesnt work i believe theres no other way to log in.

I'm already in contact with this user. We're waiting on James as he will be able to look into the account and see what's going on.

This is a good time to PSA though, never share your account information with other people or login to your personal accounts on devices that aren't yours.

Over the years I've seen countless examples of 'friends' abusing shared acc info.
