I'm in Alg 2 atm and the biggest thing that I'd recommend is "PRACTICE". Math takes practice and it helps to study and ask a lot of questions. Also make sure to use extra credit opportunities and test/quiz corrections. Graphing calculators also help as well. AND make sure to take a lot of notes as well.

like the other person said practice and extra credit are super important. some topics are gonna be harder some will be easier. if you struggle with a topic ask the teacher if they do tutorials or watch a ton of youtube videos on the topic.
