Close your eyes and think about something that makes you happy or relaxed Give it a few minutes and you should be asleep by then (idk, that's the only thing i have i hope its somewhat helpful. </3)

I'm asking tips for sleeping man, it's not about my health, I was giving prior context as to why I couldn't sleep, I don't see how that is a problem, I'm asking a very global worldwide question, sometimes we all can't sleep at night for our own reasons. Stop trying to get me to diagnose it, it's tips on how to sleep.
