How often should you clean a new nose ring/piercing?

2-3 times a day with sterile solution or salt water, do not use alcohol especially on a fresh piercing it will dry it out and can cause rejection.  I have 17 piercings I usually just use salt water because it works best for me but found out what works for you and use that :)

Ooooooo nice. If you dont mind me asking where are all your piercings? I only have 4 3 earings and now my nose
