I'm not really sure since I dont live in Arizona but you should try searching for locals online and choosing the one with the best reviews.. you should also give them a call to make sure theyre open and book an appoinment if u gotta do so

getting a first tattoo on the arm, shoulder, or thigh should be good cuz it has low pain tolerance
