It should be all of those, cause if you're reading a book and can't get it done in less than 1 or 2 weeks, you might not be able to answer some of the questions you're doing the book on. and yes, it should be educational, and definitely it has to be teacher approval

depending on "a", if your teacher said it has to be non fiction, then yes, but otherwise not really.
