how do I get rid of leg cramps
Stretch, and move around! that's what I do! helps in 2 min!
hope it works
you could use a hot compress
and if that doesn't work try resting your legs or stretching
take strong pain meds
if any of that doesn't help tylenol
i'll help with the cramps
Stretch, take medicine, massage, even elevating or putting pressure on your legs (Such as standing) could help
Make sure you're moving (exercise such as walking + stretching), hydrating well, and getting proper nutrition. Deficiencies in minerals like potassium or magnesium can lead to leg cramps. So if you've been sitting for a while, get moving and grab a banana or some nuts (sunflower, pumpkin, pistachio, etc). They are high in these minerals. Also if you sit alot, often the adductors get quite tight. An easy fix for this is the butterfly stretch. When your muscles get tight, they *pull* on other muscles and can lead to situations that cause cramps.
Something as simple as a 5minute walk or 10 air squats every hour or so is amazing for your health (:
thanks :D
