The King of the Knight

When an ANGEL loses its wings.
Who does it LOVE when all seems lost?

A friend? Or a royal figure? Maybe both?
Someone who knew how to sell the perfect lie.

When the KING of Death takes off his crown,
What will he become?

Is it the burden upon his head that made him cruel?
Or was it the SOUL inside that gained a will of its own?

After the KING loses a HEAVEN to conquer,
he will search endlessly for another to make it his own.

With will embedded into his blade,
the KING of Death shall rule the darkness that once ruled over him.

Either as a KNIGHT, or an ANGEL.
A blood-stained scarf clung to his SOUL.

This poem is really well put together and the tone is on point. I think the idea to capitalize certain words was extremely helpful in adding to the overall mood of this piece. Looks great to me :)
