i'd give it somewhere around a 5-6/10. your approach to making this note was kind of good, but it could use some work..

for example. i'd put your name before your age so you could seem more professional with your approach.. i'd also add more to your introduction paragraph like some of ur hobbies and more professional reasons that you wanna be their lawnmower thingy.

it would also be good for you to describe more about your haircut prices, rather than just saying that it depends on where you're cutting. i'd also find different ways to have people contact u ykwim (facebook is a good spot to start since yk its full of adults and u can find info about people around u)
