I mainly stop charging my computer when it's full, then keep the brightness down so it lasts longer. I went a full day without it going under 90%

I always stop charging my phone when its in the 80s / 70s 
but I dont think there's a specific amount where you should stop charging.

just let it charge 2 100 because you taking it on and off the charger gonna mess up your phone  think logic
