Why do people with asthma need to breathe air of the opposite weather. For me, I need to breathe cold air to help me when its hot.
I generally think it's because if different climates. Asthma triggers can be because of dry weather, or even hotter temperatures and humidity.
yeah but, supposedly cold air is also bad for me too. Like rn the weather is cold and i literally start wheezing so i have to take 2 pumps of my inhaler. especially at 4am
For people with asthma breathing in hot air whether dry or filled with moisture can trigger symptoms because it causes the airways to tighten and narrow. In contrast stifling heat can cause the air to become stagnant, which traps and dust mold and other pollutants that may trigger an asthma flare up. I think
