A clarification on Jay's part, "noevents" blocks all future theme changes that celebrate events or holidays. So if you don't want your theme to change automatically in the future, use the noevents code If you just want to take out this one for Halloween, use "nohalloween" :)

"Noevents" is to prevent the automatic change of themes in the future (for Halloween and April Fools and other events that Jay likes to unleash on his site lol)

If you want to go back to the original QuestionCove theme after you've custom-made one theme you don't like, you go back to the theme creator menu. 
There should be a button called "Remove Theme".
