uh so, does anybody have any tips on how to actually maintain eye contact instead of staring at the floor? what do you do?

ummm what I do Is look at the side of their face right beside their eyes of the inside corner of their eyes and just make it look like I'm looking them in the eyes lol

try to focus on looking at something or sum, than if you keep looking at the floor slap yourself or hit yourself or something to remind you to look back until you get the hang of it and than try talking w sum1 and if you still look at the floor sumtimes than js keep practicing
