Its the needls but also i want to get a cord after i graduate ykk we have to do it twice to get a cord

Look away when they put the needle in / distract yourself with your phone. I've done a blood drive a few times and the needle only "hurts" if you hyper focus on it. Also if you want tell the person drawing the blood that you're nervous about the needle beforehand, they might be able to help somehow.
