Timed comments, min of 30 seconds, max of 5 minutes or just a set time that's up to moderators

When commenting make sure your comment corresponds with the question being asked. Not going off topic, hence that can lead to getting reported. So if you want to commemorate sure it pertains to whats being asked not arguing or going back and forth about this that and the other. If you don’t have an answer to the question it’s quite simple please don’t comment.
