Make sure to take big and deep breaths, try to relax and not to think about stressful things and ideas
MUSIC. for me when I get panic attacks there BAD so whatever I feeling I listen to music that give off that emotion

If you ever do get a panic attack I recommend to use breathing techniques so that you can relax, and then d what makes you happy and relaxed such as listening to music, drawing, coloring, watching TV, etc.
