chat, can any of u help me with something? I've been experiencing like losses of energy which make me sleep almost immediately, almost like passing out in a way??? I dont have diabetes nor anything like that and i cant figure out what's going on -__-

it can sometimes be low blood pressure also Dehydration maybe taking less of the vitamins you need

yea maybe take in sum more iron. foods like red meat, chicken, eggs, spinach and wtv else are good. avoid other stuff like dairy or coffee.
