it effects people differently, for me, when I drink caffeine my leg just shakes and it helps me wake up, it also makes my mind go even faster than it already goes

Caffeine makes me calmer but sometimes hyper depends on the day also it makes my anxiety go crazy and my legs start shaking sometimes

same with my ADHD it makes calmer and tired but gives me a tiny energy boost, just enough to get me through the day
