LoverGIRL1:

In Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is a helpless romantic who falls in love very easily. He makes decisions based on his emotions instead of thinking things through. I believe Romeo’s actions and decisions would still happen today because many teenagers act the same way when it comes to love and attraction. Romeo falls in love with girls he barely knows and believes each feeling is true love. At the beginning of the play, he is upset over Rosaline and acts like his life is over because she does not love him back. However, the moment he sees Juliet, he forgets about Rosaline completely. Romeo says, “Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight! For I ne’er saw true beauty till this night” (Shakespeare 1.5). This quote shows how quickly Romeo changes his feelings and falls in love based only on appearance. In my day, boys often fall into lust with every girl they lay their eyes on instead of building real connections. Romeo and boys nowadays are similar because they confuse attraction with love. Many teens rush into relationships without truly knowing the other person, just like Romeo does with Juliet. These strong emotions can cause teens to make poor or impulsive decisions. Overall, Romeo is not very different from teenagers today. Even though the play was written hundreds of years ago, his behavior is still relatable. Teenagers are emotional, easily influenced by attraction, and still learning how to make smart choices. Because of this, Romeo’s actions would still happen in modern times. I need to know if this is okey due tmrwwwww last min work
