To whoever has taken the ASVAB for the military, I'll be taking my first ASVAB test on January 28th at my high school. What should i expect? as in what will or might be on the test? I'd like to know just in case there are things i may need to study on.

Its basically like a test on like your life skills like math, science and like general knowledge I'm pretty sure, Because my friend took it for like military or army or something but it's more like skills that you learn in school so its just a test on that. Idk if this helps but that's all I know

Okay, i appreciate the feedback, this was helpful. I have a lot of general knowledge, but math isn't my strong suit so i hope it's just easy math.

idk it could be hard my friend didn't tell me much only advice I would have is to study and cramp all you can the day before the test but I wish you best of luck.

I took, the test is not hard at all its just regular high school knowledge and if you study and prepare for it, its fairly easy to score high on it

General Science, Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension, Mathematics Knowledge, Electronics Information, Auto & Shop Information, Mechanical Comprehension, and Assembling Objects, assessing verbal, math, science/technical, and spatial skills

I took the test and its not hard at all, its js to see what math,scientist, and basic knowledge skills you have. There is also questions in the automotive department. Its really easy and does not take the long. When I took the test it took me like an hour.
