okay so like im trying to look good to impress someone and i really wanna get thinner what would we suggest i already workout at 2 hours pls sos

uh start helping ppl. i found out that if u try and move heavy stuff like when ppl are moving stuff then u start to get skinner the more u think about ur weight the more it makes you nervous and increase ur gain
Depending on what workouts you do working out isn't enough because eventually your body will get used to it. Do different workouts or set days of what workouts your going to do. I recommend eating a lot of protein and carbs and watch what you eat, no sugar no fat food. Have a cardio day for working out
Eat healthy, drink lots of water, eat vitamins, and make sure to hang around people who want to do the same thing so you both can influence each other
