What is semana santa? And how is it celebrated in the U.S?

Semana Santa is just a break (Mostly a week or more) that students in the U.S get due to Easter. In Mexico (in my experience, ofc), it is a week that helps people practice their religion, and besides celebrating Easter, they use these days to explore different ways to relate to god. This counts as going to church, parties, and family reunions. (I really can't say this is right since I'm talking from personal experience!)|dw:1772481256294:dw|
